Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions and the web-based booking form constitute the entire agreement concerning the provision of a vehicle transfer service between you and Heritage Cars London Limited. Completion of the booking form and use of the service indicates your unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. Definitions

"Heritage Cars London" means Heritage Cars London Limited. "You" and "your" means any individual or business that places a booking with us.

2. Booking

You must allow sufficient time when booking to allow for airline check-in and traffic conditions. You must order a suitable vehicle for the number of passengers and luggage. If you need a child seat please specify at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

Quotations are based on information you supply. Airport transfers include a 30-minute waiting period after advertised landing time. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card (subject to surcharge), cash or cheque with valid guarantee card.

4. The Service

You are responsible for passenger behaviour. Eating, drinking and smoking in vehicles are not permitted. Children must be restrained appropriately. Heritage Cars London will not carry more passengers than insurance or licensing allows.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations more than 25 minutes before the agreed time may receive a full refund for card payments. Cancellations within 25 minutes may not be refunded. Contact us promptly to cancel via our contact page.

6. Liability

We use reasonable endeavours to arrive on time but are not liable for delays beyond our control. All luggage is carried at your risk. Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Disputes

This agreement is construed in accordance with English law. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
